Mandatory Documents for Check-in(A/B~D)

A. PCR or RAT( RAT test taken at a clinic is acceptalbe. No self test allowed)  test negative result (Those who are not entering from China)
     PCR test should be taken within 2 days before your move-in date.
     RAT test should be taken within 1 day before your move-in date.
    * PCR and RAT test taken in your home country is acceptable if it meets the valid timeline.
    * Expired test results are not acceptable, and you cannot move-in.
    * Please bring the hard copy.
    * If you get a Positive result, you CANNOT enter the dorm building and check-in. You must finish the quarantine (at least 7 days) off campus before moving in.
    * If you have been infected to Covid-10 within a month, and you are still getting a positive result, please bring the document which can prove your recent infection.
      If so, you may check in no matter what your results are.

B. Only those entering Korea from China: You can enter the dormitory only after going through official Korean quarantine procedures.
    -Those entering Korea from China must take PCR test within one day after entering Korea at the health center under the jurisdiction of your residence.
     Until the result comes out, inbound travels from China have to quarantine inside.
    -If you cannot bring this PCR test result when entering KU dorm, you must quarantine one day in dorm until the result comes out. 

     ★Those of you who need to quarantine in the dorm until the test comes out, please send us an email ASAP. 

     ★중국발 입국자께선 본 메일을 확인 즉시 회신 주시기 바랍니다. 입소시 항공권으로 중국발 입국 여부를 확인할 예정입니다. 격리룸 배정을 위해 사전조치가 필요하니 메일주시기 바랍니다. (reslife@korea.ac.kr/ reslife_grad@korea.ac.kr)
       Those who have to qurantine one day in the dorm will be staying in sub-building(Anam 2 dorm building) before you move into the room you are assigned originally.

   -To avoid hassel, we highly recommend you to take PCR ASAP you arrive in Korean and bring in the result when checking in. If so, you can go straight to your assigned room
    without any quarantine.
   -If you are to quarantine in dorm until the result comes out, you cannot use any of the facilities in KU dormitory including cafeteria. If students are caught using cafeteria, 

    they will be expelled from the dorm.

  Only D-2 visa foreigners who have entered Korea within 3 days can take PCR here. (Free of charge)
 
-Working hours: Mon~ Fri 13:00~21:00 (17:00~18:00 break time)
-You must bring your passport and e-ticket to take PCR

  Only D-2 visa foreigners who have entered Korea within 3 days can take PCR here. (Free of charge)

-Working hours: Mon~ Fri 09:00~18:00 (11:50~13:00 break time)
-You must bring your passport and e-ticket to take PCR

C. E-ticket or hard copy (copied version is acceptable) of flight ticket
This is to prove that you are not entering from China.

D. TB test negative result :
     TB test should be taken within 90 days before your move-in date.
   * Copy version is acceptable.
   * Expired test results are not acceptable and you cannot move-in.
   * The result document doesn’t have to be written in English.
