This notice is for students assigned to CJ/Anam International House and Frontier House regarding cancellation before the check-in date(8/21).

1. Log in to the Anam Dormitory website.

(If you previously logged in as an Non KU user, please log in the same way.)

2. Quick Menu > Application Status & Change.

3. Click "See more"

4. At the bottom of the page, click the "Refund Application" orange button.

*Refund applications can only be submitted after the payment period has ended.

*The refund process will begin in September, after the start of the second semester. For international bank transfers, bank fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

*Refunds for cancellation of dormitory admission will be issued in full only for requests submitted by August 21, one day before the move-in date. Please note that requests submitted after this date will be processed in accordance with the early check-out refund policy.
