My room's WIFI is not working, whom should I ask to have a look at it?

Individual routers are assigned per room, which means each suite has its own personal WIFI. In case your router stops working altogether, or the WIFI's signal is weak you can place a request online at dormitory website (http://dorm.korea.ac.kr/front/board/3/post) and your RA will submit your wifi issue to LG U+ according to your request.

Request for an overpayment refund.

If you succesfully come to KU, we will refund your overpayment to your Korean bank account.

If you don't have one, we can wait until you open a Korean bank account.

If you decide not to come to Korea and want to cancel your application we will refund to your account.

Send us an email to reslife@korea.ac.kr and we will reply you with the form you need to fill in.
