Refund Policy

This is the Refund Policy table. The table consists of Cancellation before check-in date, Cancellation after check-in date, Early Check-out, Notice, and Summer/ Winter semester.

Cancellation before check-in date	If you are requesting a refund for your residence hall fee before check-in date, 100% of your residence hall fee will be returned Refund Process: Anam dormitory web-site - [My Account]- Dormitory Cancellation
Cancellation after check-in date	If you are requesting a refund for your residence hall fee after check-in date and you haven't checked in, Refund Amount : the number of remaining days * daily rent Refund Process: Anam dormitory web-site - [My Account]- Dormitory Cancellation
Early Check-out	If you are requesting a refund for your residence hall fee after check-in date Refund Amount in case of Early Move-Out: the number of remaining days * daily rent - 10% Early Move-Out Charge Procedure to Move-Out: Report your Move-Out at the Security Post in each building by signing and submitting the Early Move-Out Form, where your personal information and bank account (to which refund will be made) must be specified.
Notice	※ In case you have 28 or less remaining days, you will be considered to have stayed to the end of the residence period and therefore will not be able to receive any refund. ※ Refunds will be made after 3-7 business days after the submission of refund request. ※ In principle, all refunds will be made to Korean bank accounts.
Summer/ Winter semester	Refund Amount : the number of remaining days * daily rent - 10% Early Move-Out Charge Procedure to Move-Out: Report your Move-Out to the Resident Assistant in charge by signing the Early Move-Out Form, having it signed by the Resident Assistant and then submitting it to the Maintenance/Operations Team along with a copy of your bank book. Note Stay Plan A: Refund may be requested as long as 7 or more days are remaining until the end of the residence period Stay Plan B: Refund may be requested as long as 14 or more days are remaining until the end of the residence period

Check-out process

STEP-1

Fill in the Early Move-Out Form at the Security Post on the date of moving out (Enter your bank account number, to which the refund will be made).

STEP-2

Check-out complete

STEP-3

Refund will be made within approximately 3 business days upon the completion of room inspection.
