AP Troubleshooting

AP Front Side
If the Power LED flickers or the Internet LED goes off on the front side of the AP, make sure that the LAN wire is properly plugged into the black part of the back side of the AP and re-plug the power wire. If the Internet LED does not turn on even after doing so, please ask for professional help.
AP Rear Side
If the Power LED and Wireless LED flicker while the Internet LED is on, reset the AP by pressing the reset button between the power socket and internet connection port on the back side of the AP with a sharp object like a pen point in order to reset the AP. If the internet connection is not re-established within 2 minutes of the reset, please ask for professional help.
