▶ Newly enrolled students under the KU or Korean government education program will have the top priority for the spring and the fall semesters.

▶ Only the continuing residents from Spring/Fall session can apply and get a room for the Summer/Winter session.

▶ The stay extension is not allowed for the Spring semester. If you want to stay after the official check-out date, please apply for the summer session. After the application period, the belated application is not accepted.

▶ If you stay in the assigned room after the check out without notice, you should pay fines of 50,000won per day.

▶ It takes at least one month for a student to receive an overpayment refund so you should make an overpayment request online two months before the official check-out date.

▶ An additional dormitory fee will be charged for students who will be changing the rooms for Spring/Fall semester at the end of Summer/Winter B sessions.
