Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information

1. The purpose of the collection and use of personal information

The Anam Dormitory possesses and uses personal information that is strictly necessary for the booking service from the date of your consent during the period of service

2. Particulars of personal information to be collected

A. Required: Your Student ID Number, Name, Department/Program, School Year, Gender, Birthdate, Nationality, Email, Phone Number, Address (Domestic or Overseas), Home Country School, Emergency Contact Name(s), Your Relationship to the Emergency Contact(s), Emergency Contact Number(s), and Emergency Contact Address(es) (Domestic or Overseas)
B. Optional: Name(s) of Your Family Member(s), Relationship to Them, and Their Birthdate(s) ※ Your service access logs may be automatically generated and collected.

3. The period for retaining and using personal information

The Anam Dormitory deletes personal information collected based on your consent for the booking service one (1) year after your graduation or leaving the dormitory.

4. The fact that the data subject is entitled to deny consent, and disadvantages, if any, resulting from the denial of consent.

You may refuse to consent to the collection and use of personal information, in case of which you cannot use the Anam Dormitory booking service.

5. Personal Information Protection Director

A. The Anam Dormitory (http://dorm.korea.ac.kr/)] takes the general responsibility of dealing with personal information, and designates the following person as the Personal Information Protection Manager in order to answer your complaints and to take any necessary remedial actions regarding your personal information.

B. You may contact the Personal Information Protection Director and their team to file inquiries and complaints and to request remedial actions related to the protection of personal information while using the services of the Anam Dormitory.
