안암학사 생활조교 모집 

 

안암학사 행정팀과 함께 안암학사를 위해 성실히 근무할 생활조교를 모집하고 있습니다

첨부된 모집 안내문을 통해 자세한 지원자격 및 세부사항을 확인하시기를 바라며많은 관심과 지원 바랍니다.

 

 1. 선발인원

  가. 학생동: 10명(남 6명,  4)
  나. CJ 및 안암인터내셔널하우스: 7
  다. 안암 글로벌하우스, 외국인학생동: 6

 

 2. 지원자격

  가. 서울캠퍼스 3학년 이상 재학 중인 학부생 또는 대학원생(의과대학 제외, 국제기숙사(CJ/AI)는 학년 제한 없음
  나. 국제기숙사(CJ/AI/글로벌하우스/외국인학생동)지원자의 경우 한국어 능통자영어 중상급자(외국인 사생들과 소통 가능해야 함). 제2외국어 능통자 및 외국인 우대.

  ※ 수료생 및 초과학기자, 특수/전문대학원생은 지원 불가

 

 3. 주요 업무내용

  가. 각종 입사일 및 퇴사일 업무 보조(전일 근무)
  나. 담당 사생 관리 및 생활지도카카오톡 단톡방을 통한 공지 전파
  다. 순찰근무 및 교대근무(건물당 한 명씩 돌아가며 근무조교 간 협의로 일정 변경 가능)

     * 학생동: 21시 ~ 24

     * 국제기숙사, 글로벌하우스, 외국인학생동: 20시 ~ 24시(외국인학생동은 교대근무 없이 근무)

  라. 기타 비상상황 발생 시 대처업무 등
  마. 행정팀 담당자와 카카오톡을 통한 사생 전달 사항 및 업무 상황 공유(정규 근무시간 외에도 가능해야 함)
  바. 국제 동/하계대학 입사생 관리(국제기숙사 생활조교만 해당)

 

 4. 생활조교에게 주어지는 혜택

  가. 생활조교 업무 수행 시간에 따라 개인별로 매월 장학금 차등 지급(시급본교 규정에 따름)
  나. 기숙사 생활지원금 월 20만원 지원(한 달 만근시에 지급)
  다. 정규근무시간 외 추가업무 발생 시 근무 인정(장학금 지급 대상 업무인지 행정팀 담당 직원과 사전 논의해야 함)

생활조교 합격 후 개인 수업행정조교연구조교과외활동 등으로 생활조교 업무를 제대로 수행하지 못할 경우 내규 및 서약서 내용에 따라 중도 해임될 수 있음

* 동일한 순위 내 선착순 선발됩니다.(Within the same priority basis, it is first come- first served basis.)

* 신입 외국인/교환방문학생의 경우 프런티어관에 배정될 수 있습니다.(New exchange/visiting students can be assigned to the Frontier House.)

* 1순위로 신청한 호실타입으로 배정되지 않을 수 있습니다.(Assignment to the room type selected as your first preference is not guaranteed.)

* 기숙사비를 미납하는 경우, 신청은 자동으로 취소됩니다.(Failure to pay the dormitory fee will result in automatic cancellation of the application.)

* 기숙사비 납부 시 청구서의 계좌는 전용 가상계좌로, 타인 납부가 가능하며 정확한 금액만 입금되면 됩니다.

(For dormitory fee payment, the account listed on the invoice is a designated virtual account. Payment may be made by a third party, as long as the exact amount is transferred.)

 

 

 

*Refund policy

Cancellation before check-in date:

If you are requesting a refund for your residence hall fee before check-in date,

- 100% of your residence hall fee will be returned

- Refund Process: email to reslife@korea.ac.kr

2. Cancellation after check-in date :

If you are requesting a refund for your residence hall fee after check-in date and you haven't checked in,

- Refund Amount : the number of remaining days * daily rent - 10% Early Move-Out Charge

3. Early Check-out :

If you are requesting a refund for your residence hall fee after check-in date,

- Refund Amount : the number of remaining days * daily rent - 10% Early MoveOut Charge

- Procedure to Move-Out: Report your Move-Out to RA and hand in the early move-out request form.

4. Notice

Refunds will be made after 3-7 business days after the submission of refund request.

In principle, all refunds will be made to Korean bank accounts. If you don't have a Korean bank account as you didn't come to Korea, international remittance is possible.

If a resident intentionally or negligently loses or damages property and equipment in the facility, he/she shall compensate for the loss within two weeks from the date he/she becomes aware of this fact. (However, if the remaining number of days of residence is less than two weeks, the loss shall be compensated by the check out day.) In principle, the loss should be compensated by the same, and if not, the actual cost of the loss must be paid.

In the case of a general leave of absence from school (a 4 weeks or more hospitalization certificate or 4 weeks or more of hospitalization confirmation) by Korea university 학사운영규정, if you take a leave of absence due to pregnancy/childcare/military service (only for mandatory service), and if you take a leave of absence from school due to a disaster/infectious disease (approved by the president only for the semester), 10% Early MoveOut Charge

will not be deducted.

*환불 규정

1. 개사 전 입사포기

입사시작일 이전 입사 포기하는 경우

- 환불금액 : 기숙사비 전액 환불

- 환불절차 : reslife@korea.ac.kr 로 문의

2. 중도퇴사

학사 생활 도중 퇴사하는 경우

- 환불금액 : 잔여박 수 * 1박 요금 - 중도퇴사 수수료 10%

- 퇴사절차 : 생활조교에게 퇴사신고 후 1. 중도퇴사신고서 2. 환불 받을 본인 명의의 통장사본 출력하여 경비실에 제출

거주 잔여일 수가 30일 미만인 경우 만기퇴사로 간주하며, 별도의 환불금액이 없습니다.

3. 개사 후 입사포기

중도퇴사 환불 규정과 동일

입사시작일 이후 미입사 퇴사하는 경우

- 환불절차 : reslife@korea.ac.kr 로 문의 후, 입사포기에 따른 환불신청서 작성 진행

4. 유의사항

환불절차는 환불요청서 접수 후 영업일 기준 3-7일 소요됩니다.

모든 환불은 국내 계좌로 환불이 원칙이며, 미입국자에 대한 환불의 경우 해외송금 환불을 진행할 수 있습니다.

사생이 고의 또는 과실로 시설 내 기물과 비품을 분실 또는 훼손할 경우 이 사실을 알게 된 날로부터 2주 이내에 해당 손망실품에 대하여 손실보상하여야 합니다.

(, 거주 잔여일 수가 2주 미만일 경우 퇴사하는 날까지 해당 손망실품에 대하여 손실보상하여야 합니다.) 손실보상 방법은 동종 동품으로 보상함이 원칙이고 그렇지 못할 경우, 해당 손망실품의 실비를 납부하여야 합니다.

고려대학교 학사운영규정에서 정한 일반 휴학 중 질병 휴학(4주 이상의 입원 치료 진단서 또는 4주 이상의 입원확인서를 제출하고 승인받은 휴학)의 경우, 특별 휴학 중 임신/육아 휴학/ 군 복무로 인한 휴학(의무복무에 한함), 재난/감염병 휴학(총장이 해당 학기에 한하여 승인하는 휴학)의 사유로 휴학하는 경우에는 중도 퇴사시에도 10%위약금을 공제하지 않습니다.

*Refund policy

1. For residents with a stay period of 35 days or more:

If the remaining stay period is 20 days or more, the dormitory fee for the remaining days will be refunded after deducting a 10% penalty.

(If the remaining stay period is less than 20 days, no refund will be issued.)

2. For residents with a stay period of less than 35 days:

If the remaining stay period is 10 days or more, the dormitory fee for the remaining days will be refunded after deducting a 10% penalty.

(If the remaining stay period is less than 10 days, no refund will be issued.)

Due to Eco-friendly Work Policy, the working hours of Anam Dormitory Office will be reduced until the date below.

1. Eligibility

2. Residence Period

 

4-month stay: February 23, 2026 (Mon) – June 24, 2026 (Wedn), total 121 nights

※ 24,000KRW/NIGHT

 

3. Online Application Period
January 5, 2026 (Mon) 11:00 – January 8, 2026 (Thur) 17:00 (KST)

※ Extension of residence during vacation will be surveyed around at the end of the semester

※ Cannot apply for Anam Global House both at a same time

 

4. Result Announcement
January 16, 2026 (Fri) 17:00 (KST)

 

 

 

5. Payment Period
From the result announcement date until January 25, 2026 (Sun) (KST)

※ Dormitory fees must be paid in full in a single payment. Partial payments may result in disadvantages regarding admission.

 

※ When making the payment, please ensure that the sender’s name matches the applicant’s name. If the applicant’s name is not indicated, the payment cannot be verified, and the application may be considered as withdrawn.
If more than three business days have passed since the transfer and your payment status still shows as "unpaid," you must check and confirm the issue.

 

 

6. Application Procedure for New Graduate Students without a Student ID

  a. Email samahoro@korea.ac.kr with the following information:

   1) Full name (to be used for login)

   2) Application number

   3) Email address

 

   b. After registration(you cannot log in before this), use the External User tab on the website to log in and apply for the appropriate session.

  c. Foreign students selected on a first-come-first-served basis must send the email before the application period to create an external user ID.

 

7. Refund Policy follows "Anam Global House Refund Policy"

 

8. Priority:

  1st priority: Current residents based on the previous semester (residents of the 2025 Fall semester)

   * Subsequent priority order follows the selection criteria of Anam Global House.

    Graduate students (newly admitted, current, or those expected to complete coursework) for the 2026 Spring Semester are eligible to apply.
    KGSP students including undergraduate students may apply.

※ Newly admitted students without a student ID number: please refer to Section 6 below.

(*Students selected through separate procedures such as Law School, Graduate School of Life Sciences scholarship recipients, KGSP Korean Language Program students, and KOICA do not have to apply.)
